Grace Potter and the Nocturnals is the first Vermont band to perform at Saint Michael’s since Phish, 18 years ago. Grace Potter is also the first female to headline the Saint Michael’s concert.

All Saint Michael’s students, faculty, and staff may purchase two (2) tickets, for $15 each at the campus bookstore. The bookstore accepts cash, checks, and knightcard.

Tickets for the General Public: $30 each. Tickets will go on sale March 19^th. Tickets may be purchased online: http://smc.frontgatetickets.com

The Dear Hilary Campaign for the Congo, that has gained positive media attention and has started a worldwide campaign, received $4,460 to travel to Washington D.C. for the Join Hands for the Congo rally April 8th.

Elections for next year have been announced. The forms are available for Student Association President and Vice President and all Class Officer positions: president, vice president, secretary and treasurer. Forms are available at the Student Association meetings or in the SA office.

2/15 Meeting Update

At the last Student Association meeting, the senate voted on the new class of 2013 Senator, Melissa Morrison. The Senate also voted to allocate $500 to MOVE to support SMC students that will be attending a rally February 27th to support the Coalition of Immokalee Workers.
